The New Zealand Tag Blacks
The Tag Blacks are the official New Zealand Representative brand team for all things New Zealand Tag Football Inc. All New Zealand players are selected from the NZTFI sanctioned domestic competitions. Players of New Zealand descent who play in Australia under the New Zealand Stingrays banner or anywhere where there is ITF sanctioned tag competitions are also eligible for selection. Players need to be citizens of New Zealand. The Tag Blacks compete in the Bi Annual Trans Tasman Series between the Tag Blacks and Oztag Australian Tagaroos and the ITF Tag World Cup events respectively and also the annual PAC 6 Tag Series based in New Zealand. They do not participate in the Senior Oceania Cup Tournaments.

Are you passionate about tag football? Do you have the skills, dedication, and experience to lead our young athletes to victory? New Zealand Tag Football is seeking motivated, confident, and experienced individuals to fill the prestigious roles of Coach and Manager for the New Zealand Tag Blacks 19 Age Group teams. This is your chance to represent New Zealand at the highest level in tag football during the upcoming 2024 Pac 6 Tag Series, held from November 15-17, 2024.
This is a performance based position. based on positive outcomes and results.
What We’re Looking For:
Coaches:
- Experience: Proven track record in coaching, particularly in tag football or related sports.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate young athletes.
- Strategy: Ability to develop and implement game strategies.
- Development: Focus on player development and performance improvement.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification: Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Dedication: Commitment to the team’s success and well-being.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience and a strong resume in sports management or coaching.
- Enthusiasm: Passion for the sport and the drive to achieve excellence.

- Recruit and Appoint a Manager to assist with the administration of the team
