The NZTFI are proud to have our new affiliates in Australia, The New Zealand Stingrays Tag Rugby Inc (Aus)
This organisation was born from the growth of the New Zealand tag communities based in Australia from mostly Brisbane and Sydney who still wanted to represent New Zealand.
Only Expat New Zealand citizens living in Australia are eligible to play for NZ Stingrays Tag Rugby Inc (Aus) This affiliation also enables all registered NZ Stingrays players/coaches/managers living in Australia to be eligible for direct New Zealand Tag Blacks selection and legitimate selection pathways to participate at any sanctioned NZTFI event in New Zealand.
The Stingrays are not eligible to play at Tag World Cups but have selection pathways to do so under the New Zealand Tag Blacks.
