Established in 2006, It has survived through 3 administration changes and is now the recognised ITF Associate Heritage Nation affiliate for all things Samoa Tag. Its strategic plan is to administer and grow the game in Samoa and eventually have all the Samoan Tag communities in the Oceania region under one united banner.

Tonga Ikaletag

Established in 2006, It is an Auckland New Zealand based Tongan Tag ITF recognised affiliate. Strong and loyal support within its tag community has seen this associate member contribute to all NZTFI events since 2010. Always a competitive nation it has always faired well against much stronger and resourced nations, with their most notable accomplishment with the Tonga 21s Mens team winning the Under 21s Mens Tag World Cup Title in 2012 at North Harbour Stadium Auckland, New Zealand.

American Samoa Tag Football

A relatively new Pacific Island Nation contingent it is based in central Auckland. Its strategic plan is to administer and grow the games profile in American Samoa and assist in the games profile within the American Samoan expat community in New Zealand and Oceania region. Its most notable achievements is its 3 years in a row of being the contingent of the tournament at the Junior Oceania Cup Tournaments and its continual high rate of teams winning or playing in the grand finals. Its Senior contingents too are consistently competing in Gold Medal games. A well run and very organised heritage nation affiliate to the ITF.

Cook Islands Tag Football Inc

A strong and very organised tag organisation that has affiliates based in Australia and throughout New Zealand. Since 2006 It has been successfully been run under 6 administrations and continues to show stability and growth with successful. It is now in the process of establishing the game in Rarotonga at schools and module level with it currently administering its own tag module within the NZTFI module structure. The Cook Islands have been present at every tag event since 2006 and will continue to do so in many years to come.

Niue Tag Football 

Established in 2006, It has survived many administration changes and is now the recognised ITF/NZTFI Associate Heritage Nation affiliate for all things Niue Tag.  With such a small population in Niue and more Niuen nationals based in Auckland New Zealand, It was logical that Niue Tag would be based permanently in Auckland. The NZTFI however has successfully implemented a tag program in Niue on behalf of Niuen Tag Association and continues to work in partnership with the Niuen tag community today.

Fiji Tag Football

Fiji Tag was established in 2006 and has survived through 3 administration changes and is now the recognised ITF Associate Heritage Nation affiliate for all things Fiji Tag. It has appeared at all the Tag World Cups and has been competitive at the Junior and Senior Oceania Cups. Its strategic plan is to administer and grow the game in Fiji and eventually have all the Fijian Tag communities in the Oceania region under one united banner.

Tahiti Tag Football

A newcomer to the NZTFI it is a small contingent based in Auckland New Zealand it has only competed at theSenior Oceania Cups since 2019. In its first appearance it managed to win the Open Mixed Grade and 21s Girls Grade Finals. A work in progress they are working towards establishing the game in Tahiti.

Pasifika Invitational Tag Football (Junior Oceania Cup Only)

Established in 2018 in partnership with the NZTFI it was created for those who had missed out on Pacific representation for their respective heritage nations. It also provided a platform for kids to play tag at Oceania Cup level providing them the opportunity to experience the buzz and excitement of competing at such a prestigious event. Such was the popularity of the Pasifika Invitationals they were one of the bigger contingents to compete at the Junior Oceania Cups with multiple teams entered in each divisions and Finals appearances for many of the 14s to 18s grades. A work in progress the NZTFI will continue with this initiative until further notice.
