What is a NZTFI Affiliated Module?

A module is defined as one or more competitions that runs over a period of weeks through organised participation. Running over different days of the week constitutes separate competitions; for example, if the Module runs Mixed Social on Monday and Juniors on Tuesday, this equates to 2 competitions.

A compeition is defined as:
Minimum of 8 Teams

A module must have at least eight teams participating.

10 Players per Team

All teams must register a minimum of ten financially registered players.

8–13 Week Season

The competition must run for at least eight consecutive weeks, with the option to extend up to 12–13 weeks to accommodate holiday breaks.

Use of GameDay Required

All teams and players are required to register using the official GameDay online registration platform.

EACH COMPETITION AFFILIATION FEE IS $350 PER SEASON.

How to Affiliate Your Module

The NZTFI Module Affiliation Process is as follow:

Step 2: Application Review


Once NZTFI receives your application, it will be reviewed and responded to accordingly.

Step 3: Confirmation & Next Steps


If your module is accepted, NZTFI will send you further information and necessary module links.

You’ll confirm your financial affiliation via the provided forms. Contracts are now included in the Terms & Conditions of the GameDay registration form – no additional documents required.

New Zealand Tag Football Inc. uses a national online registration service provided by GameDay.

Module organisers, team managers and players can easily update details through the online registration system from Gameday Passport. When teams and players are registered online, details automatically become available to New Zealand Tag Football. 

Online registrations are designed to reduce the workload on organisers, while also improving the accuracy of information provided to NZTFI and the module coordinator. This process allows organisers, teams and players to avoid completing paper forms and manual spreadsheets.

The online registration solution is available to all competitions affiliated with NZTFI.

Player & Team Registration

This service provides Module operators with Online Management tools to run your tag Module.

Teams and Players will be able to register online and you will be able to track registrations, communicate with your players and accept season fees.

NZTFI  will provide support free of charge and will work with you to set up your Module registration. Support will also be provided to your members on how to use the system. NZTFI will provide user guides to assist.

Handwritten team sheets will not be accepted.

Module Managers are encouraged to contact NZTFI Admin by to assist with the set-up for Online Registrations.
